-WEDNESDAY WINDOWS-

Moscot at the corner of Orchard and Delancey in the Lower East Side

Wire frame aviators complete a sophisticated, suave look any sweltering sun-filled day! The bald and mostly "Mr." mannequin heads in the windows of Moscot's new location sport stoic stares and stylish spectacles. Opthamology contraptions and photographs in the windows invite passersby to pause and take a second glance at the old wares that adorn Moscot's new digs at 108 Orchard street. Crafted with downtown styling and delicate precision, Moscot makes summertime sunnies seem suitably spontaneous.

A little bit of history... A little bit of androgyny

Unlike most eyewear brands out on the market, Moscot's neo-vintage feel brings history up to speed with a classy, timeless look... and it works. Though the shop has moved multiple times, the "new" old-style storefront remains a landmark of Lower East Side history. Grandpa Hyman would be proud! What are you shielding your eyes with this summer?

Bald is beautiful!
